HeavyToolz ("we", "us", "the site") is operated by Ameer Hamza, based in Pakistan. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use this site.

The short version

Almost every tool on HeavyToolz runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. When you type text, upload an image, or open a PDF into one of our tools, that file never leaves your device — it is processed locally and is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. We can't see it, and we don't want to.

Information we do not collect

We do not require accounts, logins, or personal information to use any tool. We do not store the content of anything you paste, type, or upload into a tool.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics we enable may automatically log standard technical information, such as:

• Your approximate location (derived from IP address), browser type, and device type
• Pages visited, time spent on the site, and referring pages
• Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (e.g. via Google Analytics, once enabled)

This information is used only to understand how the site is used in aggregate and to fix bugs — never to identify you individually.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. This never leaves your device. If we enable Google Analytics or Google AdSense in the future, those services may set their own cookies to measure traffic or serve relevant ads — see the "Advertising" section below.

Advertising

HeavyToolz may display advertisements served by Google AdSense to keep every tool free to use. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Third-party libraries

Some tools (for example, background removal) run an AI model that is downloaded once to your browser and then runs fully offline on your device — no image is ever sent anywhere, including to us or to any third party.

Children's privacy

HeavyToolz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site adds features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
